Wandering Thoughts

As I sit here I still have so many thoughts racing  in different directions. I'm sure you know what I am saying, we have all been here. How do we know when we are making the best decisions for ourselves and our families? Sometimes those two elements collide and it takes a tidal wave to push the pieces back together. We do find out rather quickly when it was not one of our better decision making moments.  I have realized becoming an Avon Independant Sales Representatives was by far one of my best decisions. It has allowed me to grow as a person and to work within my physical limitations. One of my favorite benefits of selling Avon was finding Avon Elements Skin Care. This botanical skin care line is derived from nature, hypo-allergenic and suitable for sensitive skin. And the absolute best part for me is that I no longer have to spend $100's on monthly prescription medications to treat my Rosacea. I have a more even complexion, very few flair ups which,  in all fairness, are caused by the fact that I know I am suppose to avoid orange juice. Orange juice is my favorite so I indulge in a glass or two maybe twice a year. But the recent flare up, from the continental breakfast station, during our "check out the college" trip was only a mild one. I am so impressed with Avon's botanical line Elements and will be an avid user for many years to come.

Now for a few more of my random thoughts. Will my daughter like living in the dorm? Will she make friends quickly? Will she feel welcomed into the fold of her new everchanging life? Will she be able to concentrate on her studies while struggling to be a part of her new campus family?  What if we forget something of hers that she just can't live without? It's not a hop, skip or jump away. We will be almost 6 hours away. I'm not sure which of us are more worried by that, it will all work out as it is suppose to.
It's just going to take a few years before my high school graduate will be graduating from college too! The wonderful dual enrollment program really helps direct students to reach and master their goals. And it also helps our bank account by allowing students to work toward and earn their Associates degree  while still in high school.

On a good note I have been able to order the majority of my daughter's list of items needed for her dorm room experience from my own e-Store. And due to the fact that Avon's  high quality products are so affordable I was able to order most of what was on that list in larger quantities. Needless to say, but I will anyway, we are stocked and ready.
